This page is an internal note for Bill, Teri, and Kathleen. Just to describe how it would work to use a single common page on several sites, so that people on the 'staff' alias, or only those we designate could create and make changes on these documents, and those on a 'hosts' alias could only view them. (We'd need to create the 'hosts'Google Group, either from those in Summit in Bloomerang, or a new group we'd start and specify.)
The idea is as follows:
Use a single Google Doc or Google Sheet for real-time reports.
Set permissions of the Doc (at the Doc or Drive level) such that 'staff' has full edit privileges, 'host' would have view-only access.
Have that Doc accessible from both Staff and Host sites.
That way, every change made by staff to census, or menu planning, or grocery/supplies needs list will automatically and instantly be accessible to hosts.
